Qualifications: Communication and problem-solving skills. Experience in customer service preferred. Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly. Bilingual Spanish preferred. Our office is located in Round Rock, TX. Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member. We currently have 4 team members at our agency. We have 18 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
