Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member
Alex Post - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Take payments, respond to voicemails, text messages and emails. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Set appointments for our sales team based on pivoting conversations with customers. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects. Qualifications include: Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred. Communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations to set appointments for team. Licensing is not required. Note: This position is open to either Full-Time or Part-Time availability and does offer work from home flexibility. Compensation: $15.00 per hour About Our Agency
We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance. Our office is located in North San Antonio, TX. Our office is open 8am - 5pm - M - F. I have been a State Farm agent since 2008. Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member. I am a proud graduate of Texas State University. We currently have 9 team members at our agency. We have 75 years of combined insurance experience in our office. Our agency has received awards including: Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Senior Vice President's Club, National Quality Award, Silver Scroll, Golden Triangle, Bronze Tablet, and New Agent Program Qualifier Additional languages spoken: If you want a career, not a job, then we encourage you to apply.
