The Keno Writer accurately processes Keno wagers, issues tickets, verifies payouts, and maintains a balanced cash bank throughout each shift. Responsibilities include, but are not limited, to the following: Excellent customer service skills with a focus on professionalism and positive client interactions Operate the Keno computer system to sell, validate, and cash Keno tickets Accurately handle cash transactions and balance assigned cash bank Assist guests with Keno game rules, payouts, and general questions Monitor Keno draws and post or announce results as required Ensure compliance with all gaming laws, company policies, and procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and secure Keno work area Report equipment malfunctions or discrepancies promptly Provide courteous, professional service to all guests Other job-related duties Supervisory Responsibilities

Must be 21+ years of age Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Prior experience in casino industry Strong verbal communication and conflict-resolution skills Preferred
Previous experience working in a similar resort setting Certifications, Licenses, Registrations
Must be able to obtain gaming registration with Gaming Control Board. Working Conditions
Work is performed indoors in a climate-controlled environment and exposed to various environmental factors such as but not limited to noise, dust, and smoke.
