Responsibilities Communicate with existing customers regarding renewals and coverage options. Review accounts and assist with updates or changes as needed. Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and engagement. Maintain accurate records and documentation of interactions. Collaborate with team members to meet retention and outreach objectives. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and listening skills. Detail-oriented with a focus on customer experience. Previous experience in customer service or account management preferred. Must be able to obtain applicable state insurance licenses. Compensation: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year About Our Agency
We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Business Insurance, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance. Our office is located in Tampa, Florida. Our office is open 9am - 5pm. I am a second generation State Farm agent. I am a proud graduate of University of South Florida.
