We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members. Manage appointment scheduling and office communications. Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records. Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options. Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs. Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects. Qualifications: Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role. Communication and interpersonal skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Compensation: $20.00 per hour About Our Agency
We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance. Our office is located in Ann Arbor. Our office is open M-F 9-5. I have been a State Farm agent since 2012. I am a proud graduate of University of Toledo. We currently have 5 team members at our agency. We have 55 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
