AP Specialist
Robert Half is supporting the recruiting efforts of a company in the manufacturing industry to find an AP Specialist. This is a full time, permanent position in Longmont. It is in office, and is paying $55-60k + bonus. The Accounts Payable Clerk will be responsible for: Posts and runs the accounts payable checks for both PO and non-PO transactions Matching, batching, coding Ensuring proper documentation like W9s are on record Updating and maintaining payroll records Processing a high volume of invoices Processing AP documents Other AP activities Reviewing invoices for completeness (verifying vendor name, address, and vendor status to determine accuracy of currency/taxes) Validating scanned images for accuracy and/or missing information Requirements: Non negotiables: 3+ years of AP experience Strong understanding of full AP flow (PO? invoice? payment) Debits and credits understanding Strong written communication (email-heavy role) Experience using an ERP more involved than QB Nice to have: Purchase orders / 3-way match
