Strategic People Team Leader
We are seeking a strategic, business-minded People Team leader to drive excellence in how we attract, develop, and engage our talent across Argano's Global Business Units (GBUs). This leader will serve as a trusted advisor to BU Presidents and leadership teams, translating business priorities into actionable People strategies and operational plans. They will lead our BU-facing People Business Partners and collaborate closely with the Centers of Excellence (COEs)including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Learning & Development, Culture, and People Operationsto design and deliver scalable, world-class People programs. The ideal candidate combines strategic insight with operational discipline and a deep belief in the power of culture, leadership, and employee experience to accelerate business performance. Key Responsibilities Serve as the strategic People partner to BU Presidents and senior business leaders, aligning People strategy with growth, performance, and transformation goals. Lead and develop the BU-facing People Business Partners, ensuring strong alignment with business needs and effective collaboration with the People COEs. Understand and anticipate business priorities, workforce trends, and organizational challenges to proactively design People solutions that enable success. Partner with COEs to deploy impactful programs in talent management, leadership development, succession planning, total rewards, employee relations, and performance management. Champion Argano's culture and ASPIRE values, ensuring a consistent and positive employee experience across all BUs. Advise on organization design, change management, and leadership effectiveness, helping teams adapt and thrive in a high-growth, acquisition-driven environment. Use data and insights to measure program effectiveness, drive continuous improvement, and demonstrate impact on business outcomes. Collaborate with executive and functional leaders to build workforce plans and talent strategies that scale with Argano's rapid growth trajectory. Who You Are A proven People leader with deep experience in strategic HR business partnership and leadership within complex, global or matrixed organizations. Known for your strategic acumen, business fluency, and ability to connect People initiatives directly to business performance. A trusted advisor who balances empathy and accountability, with a strong track record of building credibility with senior leaders. A collaborative operator who works seamlessly across functional boundaries to design and deliver integrated People solutions. Passionate about employee experience, leadership capability, and organizational culture as levers for performance. Experience in technology, consulting, or professional services strongly preferred. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or HR certification (SHRM, HRCI) preferred. 15+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including management of HRBPs or HR functional teams. Demonstrated success influencing senior executives and driving business-aligned People initiatives. Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
