Mortgage Compliance Analyst

The Compliance analyst will work on the Compliance team, fully onsite, in a professional work environment. The Compliance Analyst must be self-sufficient and show the initiative to self-educate industry product and program guidelines. The expectation is to maintain strict confidentiality of business information and processes while upholding organizational values. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Assist management with exams and audits. Review advertising and social media content for compliance. Assists with BSA/AML compliance. Assists management with HMDA and Fair Lending reviews. Complete other compliance tasks and/or projects as assigned by management. The ideal candidate will possess: Compliance Monitoring knowledge (TILA, RESPA, TRID, ATR/QM, ECOA, HMDA reporting requirements). Mortgage-based AML/BSA experience. Vendor management Knowledge. Strong analytical and decision making/problem solving skills. A keen eye for accuracy, attention to detail and ability to handle a high-volume workload and multitask. Excellent interpersonal, organizational, prioritization and time management skills. Proficiency in computers including LOS systems, Microsoft Office and Excel The ability to adapt to, learn, and utilize multiple software programs. The ability to deliver effective results and to meet deadlines with minimal supervision. The ability to adapt to a changing environment The ability to communicate and work well with Investors and co-workers Possess clear, concise and effective written and oral communication skills. Present themselves in a professional manner in all workplace interactions. Pay range is $24.00 - $28.00 per hour Position is in-person at our corporate office in Brookfield, WI.
