About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Sales to spearhead strategy and growth within the top national residential builders. The successful candidate will be responsible for program management, nurturing national relationships, and driving product penetration across various sales and service locations. This executive will be tasked with building and deepening relationships to become the primary point of contact for national residential builders, as well as identifying high-value opportunities and aligning internal teams to secure strategic deals. A key aspect of the role is the development of financial models, management of product incentive programs, and collaboration with business leaders to ensure performance is tracked and communicated effectively.
Applicants for the Vice President of Sales position at the company must have a minimum of 10 years' account management experience with national builders, and a proven track record of leadership in product sales to this market. The role requires a leader with a strong background in project and program development, exceptional analytical, negotiation, communication, and strategic thinking skills, and the ability to influence at all organizational levels. A hands-on, problem-solving leadership style and strong business acumen are essential. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's degree being preferred. The ideal candidate will also have a background in working with garage door dealers and a demonstrated ability to drive profitable revenue growth.
