Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced
Domain Architect
with strong expertise in
Sales and Marketing systems within the Telecommunications (MSO) domain . This role is responsible for defining and evolving enterprise architecture, enabling scalable, cloud-native solutions, and aligning technology strategy with business goals across customer-facing platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture Ownership & Strategy
Define and evolve
end-to-end domain architecture
for Sales and Marketing platforms, including applications, services, integrations, and ecosystems. Establish and enforce
architectural standards, design principles, and reference patterns . Collaborate with enterprise and solution architects to ensure alignment with broader organizational architecture. Solution Design & Functional Alignment
Develop a deep understanding of
Sales and Marketing workflows, systems, and technology ecosystem constraints . Identify optimal solution designs that minimize redundancy and complexity while maximizing reuse. Guide teams on when to extend existing systems versus introducing new platforms or services. Scalability, Reliability & Security
Architect
cloud-native, distributed systems
supporting high-volume, business-critical operations. Promote
API-first and event-driven architectures
for scalability and flexibility. Ensure systems meet
performance, security, resiliency, and operational excellence standards . Technical Strategy & Roadmap
Translate business and product strategies into
technology roadmaps and architectural direction . Evaluate emerging technologies through
POCs and design explorations . Balance innovation with
cost optimization, simplicity, and long-term maintainability . Collaboration & Leadership
Act as a
trusted advisor
to product managers, engineering leaders, and business stakeholders. Drive cross-functional collaboration and influence architectural decisions across teams. Mentor teams and promote best practices in architecture and design. Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field. 12+ years of IT experience across
architecture, design, development, testing, or application support . 4+ years of experience in
Telecommunications / MSO domain , specifically in
BSS systems and solution architecture . Strong experience designing
large-scale, distributed enterprise systems . Expertise in:
Cloud-native architecture Microservices architecture API-led integration Event-driven systems
Strong ability to
analyze architectural trade-offs
and align solutions with business needs. Experience working with
Sales, Marketing, CRM, or customer-facing platforms . Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and business audiences. Preferred Qualifications
Experience in
enterprise digital transformation programs . Exposure to
modern CRM platforms and customer engagement ecosystems . Experience working in
Agile environments with cross-functional teams . Strong stakeholder management and leadership capabilities. Key Competencies
