Entry-Level Administrative & Social Media Coordinator Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pay:

$14-$16/hr Experience Level:

Entry-Level (Training Provided)

We are seeking an entry-level Administrative & Social Media Coordinator to support daily office operations while helping grow the company's online presence. This role is ideal for someone organized, customer-focused, and interested in social media, content creation, and administrative support. Training will be provided for systems and processes. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and emails Schedule appointments and follow up with prospective clients Film, edit, and post content to social media platforms regularly Help manage and grow digital media accounts to generate new leads Assist with client communication and basic project coordination Maintain client folders and update internal systems Support office and project management team as needed Qualifications Entry-level administrative or customer service experience preferred Interest in social media, content creation, and marketing Strong communication and organizational skills Basic Microsoft Office skills High School Diploma or equivalent
