Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document
business and functional requirements
for payment systems Lead or support initiatives involving
Finastra Global PAYplus (GPP)
platform Translate business needs into clear
functional specifications, user stories, and process flows Collaborate with development teams to design and support
Java/API-based solutions
within the GPP ecosystem Assist in reviewing and validating
technical designs, integration approaches, and microservices architecture Support development activities such as
API mapping, message transformation (ISO 20022, SWIFT MT/MX), and data validation Manage and coordinate project activities, timelines, and deliverables across cross-functional teams Support integration of GPP with payment networks such as
ACH, SWIFT, RTP, Fedwire, and core banking systems Participate in
SIT/UAT testing , including validation of functional and technical components Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to
payment processing, APIs, and transaction flows within GPP Act as a liaison between
business stakeholders, development teams, and external vendors Drive communication, status reporting, and risk/issue management throughout the project lifecycle Ensure compliance with
banking standards, payment regulations, and message formats (ISO 20022, SWIFT MT/MX) Support continuous improvement of processes, documentation, and delivery practices
