Sales Assistant - Full-Time

Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a Sales Consultant who’s ready to take advantage of upside earning potential and a strong customer base that already knows and trusts our name.

Base: $52,000/year

On Target Earnings: $60,000 - $80,000/year

Compensation:

$60,000 - $80,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with customers and help them find the right flooring and tile solutions for their needs.
• Follow up with new and existing clients to maximize opportunities.
• Create proposals and close sales while providing an excellent customer experience.
• Stay organized, track your progress, and consistently meet sales goals.
• Represent Carpet City with professionalism, positivity, and enthusiasm.

Qualifications:

• Strong sales background (retail, outside sales, home improvement, or similar).
• A results-driven mindset—you love setting goals and surpassing them.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach.
• Comfortable using software programs and staying on top of details.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.
