At Epsilon, we do more than collect and store data. We help some of the world's biggest brands discover real opportunities inside the data types, delimiters, and decimals. We are looking for a Audience Strategy Consultant to join our Digital Strategy team.
The Strategy Consultant supports day to day strategy work across assigned client engagements, with a focus on audience strategy, customer planning, and activation support. This role works closely with Managers and Senior Strategists to help develop, document, and operationalize audience led strategies across channels and planning moments.
This role is not channel specific, though work may frequently involve CRM, lifecycle marketing, audience strategy, and customer activation. The Strategy Consultant contributes through research, analysis, documentation, and hands on platform work-building foundational strategy skills while learning how audience decisions are translated into execution within complex, multi agency environments.
Responsibilities
What You'll Achieve Strategy Support & Analysis:
Support the development of customer and audience strategies by gathering inputs, synthesizing insights, and documenting recommendations. Assist with audience segmentation summaries, journey maps, messaging frameworks, and channel planning materials developed by senior team members. Conduct research and analysis (performance data, customer insight, market context) to inform strategic discussions.
Planning & Activation Support:
Help translate strategy outputs into clear briefs, presentations, and documentation for partner teams. Support coordination with execution, analytics, and operations teams by ensuring materials are accurate, clear, and up to date. Assist in pressure-testing ideas against available data, channels, and operational constraints.
Measurement & Learning Support:
Help track critical metrics, campaign performance, and test results across initiatives. Summarize takeaways and observations for use in internal and client-ready materials. Support documentation of tests, outcomes, and recommendations over time.
Collaboration & Communication:
Participate in internal working sessions and selected client and inter-agency meetings as a supporting team member. Build slides and written materials that clearly reflect agreed-upon strategy and performance insights. Work closely with analytics, creative, media, and CRM teams as part of integrated account teams.
Capability Building:
Apply existing strategy frameworks and tools consistently across workstreams. Learn and build fluency across customer strategy, CRM, lifecycle marketing, and audience planning. Support internal documentation and knowledge-sharing efforts as needed.
Qualifications
What you'll bring with you:
1-3 years of experience in marketing, strategy, analytics, or digital roles (agency or in house). Interest in customer strategy, audience planning, and data informed marketing. Comfort working with data, PowerPoint, and structured frameworks. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Clear written and verbal communication skills. Why you might stand out from other talent:
Experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing is a plus, but not required. Advanced certifications with any of the aforementioned subject matter is preferred. Click here to view how Epsilon transforms marketing with 1 View, 1 Vision, 1 Voice.
