Field Sales Representative (Bilingual Spanish) – Food Service Industry

About

Adecco is partnering with a well-established, customer-focused company in the food service industry known for quality, reliability, and long-term client relationships. We're seeking a driven, bilingual Field Sales Representative to expand market presence, grow revenue, and serve as the face of the brand across Westchester County.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers

• Act as a trusted advisor, problem-solver, and primary point of contact

• Drive territory growth and consistently meet or exceed sales targets

• Conduct in-person client visits, phone outreach, and email follow-ups

• Identify new business opportunities within the food service market

• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client needs efficiently

• Support accounts receivable collection while maintaining positive relationships

• Track daily activity, pipeline, and performance metrics

What We're Looking For

• Bilingual Spanish/English (required)

• 2+ years of outside sales experience, preferably within food service, food distribution, or related industry

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

• Self-motivated with the ability to manage a territory independently

• Organized with solid planning and follow-through abilities

• High school diploma required; college degree or relevant industry experience preferred

• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to be insured

Pay Details: $29.00 to $30.00 per hour
