Field Sales Representative (Bilingual Spanish) – Food Service Industry
Location: Westchester County, NY
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: 40+ hours/week; on-call availability as needed
About
Adecco is partnering with a well-established, customer-focused company in the food service industry known for quality, reliability, and long-term client relationships. We're seeking a driven, bilingual Field Sales Representative to expand market presence, grow revenue, and serve as the face of the brand across Westchester County.
What You'll Do
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
Act as a trusted advisor, problem-solver, and primary point of contact
Drive territory growth and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
Conduct in-person client visits, phone outreach, and email follow-ups
Identify new business opportunities within the food service market
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client needs efficiently
Support accounts receivable collection while maintaining positive relationships
Track daily activity, pipeline, and performance metrics
What We're Looking For
Bilingual Spanish/English (required)
2+ years of outside sales experience, preferably within food service, food distribution, or related industry
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with the ability to manage a territory independently
Organized with solid planning and follow-through abilities
High school diploma required; college degree or relevant industry experience preferred
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to be insured

Pay Details: $29.00 to $30.00 per hour
