Responsibilities As the
Maintenance Director , you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing physical structures and utility systems of the community and maintaining the grounds. You will install, service, and repair mechanical equipment (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.) and supervise support staff including housekeeping and van drivers and contractors as applicable.
Qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Must have a working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC equipment
Two years’ experience working in maintenance position, preferably in a large physical plant
