Base Pay Range $125,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr
Summary Join Our Dynamic Multilingual Real Estate Team as a Buyer’s Agent. We are seeking skilled and experienced Buyer’s Agents who are fluent in multiple languages to become integral members of our growing real estate team. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a strong history of outstanding client service and possess comprehensive expertise in guiding buyers through every step of the home buying process. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse client base, including individuals relocating to the area. Responsibilities
Execute daily real estate prospecting activities to create a habit of success
Execute and work in your CRM database daily
Commit to hosting open houses regularly
Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
Participate in daily skilling up conversations per team standards to convert appointments
Participate in weekly and monthly team activities per team standards
Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, weekly trainings, and partner calls to elevate your mindset and skills
Track activities and report your numbers with PLACE Technology systems and tools to enhance your career and know your numbers
Commit to previewing homes to learn and understand home values
Commit to 40‑50 hours weekly to your business on our team

Licensed real estate sales professional
Bilingual preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Positive and growth‑oriented mindset
Highly organized with excellent time‑management skills
Willingness to learn and apply conversation scripts and dialogues
Willingness to track your daily activities and interpret data to be a student of the market
Industry experience preferred, but we provide the tools and systems to train the right individuals
