with 6-10 years of transactional experience to join our growing Real Estate group in Washington, D.C.
Responsibilities
Assist with the acquisition, development, financing, leasing, management, and sale of real estate.
Work with developers, owners, managers, institutional and private investors, and/or lenders in these transactions.
Experience negotiating real estate joint venture transactions is preferred.
Qualifications
6-10 years of transactional commercial real estate experience.
Strong analytical skills and excellent academic credentials; ability to work with minimal supervision.
Candidates must be admitted to, and in good standing with, the D.C. Bar.
