Description We are seeking a

Product Management Intern

to support our growing product development initiatives within our Water Technologies business. This role offers hands‑on experience working cross‑functionally with engineering, sales, and operations teams to support product strategy, development, and market analysis.

The ideal candidate brings a strong technical foundation with a genuine interest in business and product management, and is eager to contribute fresh ideas in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support product development initiatives from concept through execution

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy

Assist with product documentation, data analysis, and reporting

Collaborate cross‑functionally with engineering, sales, and operations teams

Help evaluate current product performance and identify improvement opportunities

Participate in multidisciplinary intern projects and present findings

Support day‑to‑day activities of the Product Management team

Qualifications Education:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field

Experience & Skills:

Exposure to or interest in B2B environments, preferably within construction, building products, or manufacturing

Strong technical aptitude with an interest in product and business strategy

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, reporting, etc.)

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment

Language skills are a plus
