What You’ll Be Doing
Win new business with finance clients (PE, IB, Infrastructure funds)
Headhunt top finance professionals across your market
Manage interviews, offers, and negotiations
Build long‑term client and candidate relationships
Close deals and generate revenue
Provide direct exposure to senior‑level clients
Your Market (Finance – Perm Desk)
Private Equity
Project Finance
Investment Banking
Asset Management
Real Assets & Infrastructure Investing
Training & Development
Hands‑on training in sales, negotiation, and deal management
Mentorship from top performers (including consultants earning $200K+ in commission within 3 years)
Learn how to build and scale your own desk
Who We’re Looking For
Recent graduates or early‑career professionals
Competitive, driven, and money‑motivated
Confident communicators (comfortable on the phone)
Resilient and coachable
Goal‑oriented in a performance‑driven environment
Sales, customer service, athletics, or leadership experience is a plus but not required.
