Job Summary As a Field Merchandiser you will work independently to showcase your organization and time management skills, establish retailer relationships, and be the face of Hallmark. You will collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement, maintain inventory levels, support seasonal resets and installations, and occasionally work with other products from other companies in the stores you service.

SALARY AND SCHEDULE DETAILS

Your starting hourly pay rate will be

$16.10 to $18.10

depending on your skills and experience.

Paid training, delivered through live, hands‑on instruction and virtual classroom training.

Part‑time employees are offered voluntary benefits that include medical, dental, vision, and more.

Eligible employees receive annual pay increases.

This is a Part‑Time position with a variable schedule during the work week.

Average weekly hours:

8‑14 hours per week .

Availability the week before and after major holidays, including weekends, is

required .

Availability to support season changeovers, extended services, installations, and inventory support.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE

Day‑to‑Day Engagement:

Utilize a mobile device provided by Hallmark to restock, organize, and monitor inventory of Hallmark products within and outside the Hallmark department. Use technology for communication with your supervisor, reporting time, providing feedback, and answering surveys. Interact professionally and courteously with store employees, management, and customers. You are responsible for the entire Hallmark product display at your assigned stores.

Holiday Support:

Provide additional days and extended hours during holidays such as Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. On occasions like Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Father’s Day, you may be required to work on the actual holiday itself, including weekends.

Department Resets:

Participate in a team responsible for installations, building and installing Hallmark fixtures, relocating card departments and products, and resetting card sections. Typically notified two weeks in advance for remodel assignments, which may include evenings or weekends.

One Team Vision:

Work as part of Hallmark's field organization, supporting other team members as needed within your territories.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS This is a physically demanding job requiring a high level of energy and urgency. You will work on the selling floor and in back stockrooms, consistently pushing, pulling, lifting, and carrying cartons, merchandise, and display fixtures up to 30 pounds throughout the day and up to 50 pounds on occasion. You must kneel, squat, walk, and stand throughout the workday, and may need to climb stairs and step ladders.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

At least 18 years of age.

Read, write, and understand English.

Ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.

Operate a digital hand‑held device to open and read documents and interpret information.

Access to Wi‑Fi network and the internet.

Consistent transportation to travel between assigned stores as scheduled.
