Job Description The Senior Manager, Issuer Sales – Featurespace is responsible for driving new revenue and expanding strategic adoption of the Featurespace ARIC Risk Hub platform across card issuers and financial institutions in North America. This role will lead complex, consultative sales engagements focused on fraud prevention, financial crime, and real-time risk decisioning, partnering closely with Visa Issuer Account Executives, Value-Added Services (VAS), Product, and Client Services teams.

The ideal candidate brings deep experience selling enterprise SaaS or risk platforms into issuers, strong executive presence, and the ability to navigate long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles while positioning Featurespace as a strategic, AI‑driven partner.

Key Responsibilities

Own and execute the issuer go‑to‑market strategy for Featurespace across North America.

Drive new logo wins and platform expansions for Featurespace ARIC solutions within issuing banks, credit unions, and fintech issuers.

Build and manage a robust issuer pipeline, from early‑stage qualification through contract execution and close.

Consistently meet or exceed annual revenue and pipeline targets.

Lead complex, multi‑year enterprise sales cycles, including C‑level and senior risk, fraud, and technology stakeholders.

Position Featurespace as a strategic platform (not point solution), articulating value across fraud prevention, scam detection, AML, and real‑time decisioning.

Develop compelling business cases, ROI models, and executive narratives aligned to issuer priorities.

Support RFPs, RFIs, pilots, and proof‑of‑value engagements in collaboration with Product and Solutions Consulting.

Partner closely with Visa Issuer Account Executives, VAS leadership, and regional sales teams to embed Featurespace into broader Visa client strategies.

Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Legal, Pricing, and Deal Governance teams to progress opportunities efficiently.

Act as the primary Featurespace subject‑matter sales lead for issuer discussions, enabling broader Visa teams with messaging and positioning.

Maintain a strong understanding of issuer fraud trends, regulatory drivers, and competitive landscape.

Represent Featurespace and Visa at client forums, industry events, and executive briefings.

Provide feedback to Product and Strategy teams based on issuer market needs and deal learnings.

Qualifications Basic Qualifications:

8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhD.

8–12+ years of experience in enterprise B2B sales, preferably in fraud, risk, payments, or financial crime technology.

Proven track record selling complex SaaS or platform solutions into card issuers or financial institutions.

Experience managing long, consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and executive decision‑makers.

Strong understanding of issuer economics, fraud operations, and risk management.

Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed, enterprise sales environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree, or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree, or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD.

Experience selling AI/ML‑driven fraud or risk platforms.

Familiarity with Visa’s VAS portfolio and issuer engagement model.

Experience with platforms such as Featurespace, Feedzai, FICO, Experian, Nice Actimize, or similar.

Comfort engaging deeply on model explainability, regulatory considerations, and data privacy.

Executive presence with the ability to influence senior client and internal stakeholders.

Highly collaborative, with strong cross‑functional leadership skills.

Results‑driven, self‑directed, and comfortable operating in ambiguous, high‑growth environments.

Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to translate technical capability into business value.

Location North America (preferred: Atlanta or other major Visa hub). Travel as required for client engagement and industry events.

Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: 5‑10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: Position performed in an office setting; requires sitting, standing at a desk, communicating in person and by telephone, frequently operating standard office equipment.

Compensation and Benefits U.S. applicants only: The estimated salary range is $176,500.00 to $282,500.00 per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments. Salary may vary depending on job‑related factors. This position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
