Within EY-Parthenon’s Corporate Finance sub service line, the Decision Modeling and Analytics (DMA) Team delivers rigorous modeling and analytics solutions supporting Strategy and Transactions offerings. The role provides data science and analytics expertise to clients across sectors, enabling strategic, operational, and financial decisions. Your key responsibilities

Create data science solutions for complex decisions such as mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, strategic options, investment appraisal, contract evaluation, and program assessment. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Manage and lead teams. Maintain long‑term client relationships and identify business development opportunities. Employ analytics tools and techniques to enhance service effectiveness and lead adoption of new tools. Skills and attributes for success

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with creative and efficient solutions. Customer focus and quality mindset, able to view from multiple perspectives. Knowledge of leveraging AI tools in a business setting, including Microsoft Copilot. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Data Science, or equivalent; Master’s preferred. 5+ years of corporate/financial analytics experience. Intermediate proficiency in SQL. 3+ years of corporate finance experience. Experience in SPSS, SAS, Azure Databricks, Python, or R. Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI preferred). Subject‑matter expertise in a particular business analytics area (helpful). Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable speaking with senior executives. Ability to manage learning and contribute to domain knowledge building. Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills. Keen interest in intersection of business, technology, and analytics. Willingness to travel and work beyond standard hours. What we offer

A comprehensive compensation and benefits package, including base salary (U.S. $142,800–$261,800) and incentives; 401(k), pension, medical and dental coverage, paid time off options.
