Private Equity Associate - CRE

We are working with a vertically integrated REPE firm that owns, acquires, and develops large-scale properties throughout the US, across product types, and is looking to add an Associate to the team. This is a comprehensive/wide-breadth role that will lean heavier on investments, but also cover aspects of asset management, capital markets, and development.
Our client is institutionally backed, and a group that will continue to raise/deploy significant capital - this represents an opportunity to play a key role in that growth.
Requirements
2-3 years
of
current RE experience
with either a leading investment bank, or REPE firm
Bachelor’s degree in RE, Finance, Economics, or similar from top-tier university
Experience working across product types
Polished, and highly analytical, with the ability to both present in front of the executive team, perform complex financial analysis/modeling
