Position Summary
The Independent Optometrist will lease space inside Walmart stores and provide patient eye and vision care as well as general health and wellbeing. As a lease holder, you will have autonomy over your practice schedule, operating hours, patient appointments, fee structure and retain 100% of examination and professional fees.

Minimum Qualifications for Lease Agreement
Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited optometry school
Valid state optometry license
Ophthalmologist MD or DO from an accredited school
Valid state ophthalmology license
General Liability Certificate
Professional Liability Insurance Certificate
