Base pay range
$55,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented HR/Payroll Specialist to become a vital part of our dynamic team. The primary role will focus on streamlining HR processes, ensuring compliance with policies, regulations, and providing crucial administrative support across HR functions. Qualifications: Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience:
At least 3 years of HR administrative or coordination experience, or related roles. SHRM-CO or PHR certification (or equivalent) is a plus. Skills: Knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and payroll processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HRIS/payroll systems. Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability. Discretion in handling confidential information. Attributes: Strong problem-solving skills. Proactive, customer-service-oriented approach. Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Seniority level
