We are looking for a talented Product Marketing Manager to join our team to focus on growing our strategic Managed Service Provider (MSP) business. Reporting to the Product Marketing Leader for Industry and MSP Solutions, you will be responsible for executing go-to-market programs, field enablement, and pipeline initiatives targeted at MSPs.

You will work closely with sales, product, partner, and demand generation teams to bring Rubrik's story to market with precision and impact.

$155,500—$233,300 USD

US2 (all other US offices/remote) Pay Range

$140,000—$210,000 USD

What You’ll Do

Product Positioning & Messaging: Develop impactful product messaging and positioning that communicates Rubrik's value proposition effectively to Managed Service Providers (MSPs)

Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy: Work with the product, sales, and broader marketing teams to create and execute successful GTM plans for new launches and product updates, targeting MSPs

Content Creation: Produce a variety of content, including sales enablement tools, product collateral, customer case studies, webinars, blogs, and whitepapers

Market Research: Stay up-to-date on market trends, competitive landscape, and customer pain points specific to MSPs to inform messaging, product roadmap, and go-to-market initiatives.

Sales Enablement: Develop training materials, battlecards, and product demonstrations to empower sales teams with the knowledge and tools they need to effectively sell Rubrik's MSP solutions

Customer Engagement: Collaborate with the Sales, Customer Success and Product teams to gather customer insights, use cases, and feedback to refine product messaging and build customer advocacy.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product Management, Sales, Demand Generation, and Customer Success to align marketing strategies with product and business goals for MSPs.

What You’ll Need

7+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in cybersecurity, cloud, or SaaS environments with a focus on MSP and/or partner marketing

Strong understanding of Managed Service Providers, market dynamics, and customer challenges.

Proven track record in developing compelling product messaging and sales enablement content.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage market data and customer insights to inform strategy.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
