Job Title: Staff Analyst – Banking & Investments Location:

Position Summary The Staffing Analyst – Banking & Investments supports daily cash management, banking operations, and investment activities. This role assists with budgeting, financial analysis, and process improvement initiatives while serving as a key point of contact with banking partners. The position also ensures compliance with internal controls and supports corporate treasury operations.

Key Responsibilities

Execute daily banking activities, including cash positioning, short-term investments, and long-term investment transactions.

Process and reconcile daily bank activity.

Assist with projects related to cash collections, disbursements, and broader cash management initiatives.

Support the preparation and review of annual budgets for banking and investment-related expenses; track actuals and provide monthly variance analysis.

Serve as a primary point of contact for banking partners and assist in resolving operational issues.

Review and update cash management procedures to ensure compliance with SOX (Section 404) and disaster recovery requirements.

Support management in the operational aspects of capital structure oversight.

Participate in cross-functional and corporate projects as needed.

Continuously evaluate processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and controls.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; or equivalent experience.

1+ year of experience in banking, treasury, or financial analysis preferred.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.

Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal and external partners.

Compensation $27.64 - $38.03
