Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
Provide accurate information about Allstate products and services.
Assist customers with policy changes, billing questions, and general account management.
Endorse policies per client requests.
Process payments and assist with claims filing.
Document customer interactions and resolutions in the agencys system.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team member when necessary.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid Texas Property and Casualty Insurance License.
Bilingual English/Spanish highly desired.
E-Agent experience highly desired.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in basic computer applications.
A positive and empathetic attitude toward customers.
Previous customer service experience is a plus.
