The Junior Application and Sales Associate supports field service operations, sales initiatives, and customer satisfaction for Bender’s medical product line. The role focuses on coordinating service activities, generating demand for service offerings, supporting customer inquiries, and contributing to revenue growth through inside sales functions. Sales and Customer Support

Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding medical products, services, quotations, and general inquiries. Support sales initiatives by identifying opportunities for retrofits, upgrades, accessories, and maintenance contracts. Use Dodge Construction Reports and other platforms to identify potential sales opportunities. Create, update, and manage medical‑related opportunities, quotes, and follow‑ups within the CRM platform (Salesforce). Collect and relay customer feedback to support quality assurance, marketing, and product development. Assist in managing medical cases to ensure KPI requirements are met for response times, lead management, and follow‑up activities. Operational and Process Support

Prepare reports, performance metrics, and documentation as required by management. Assist in developing processes, procedures, training materials, and supporting documentation for the medical product line. Support collections efforts for past‑due service accounts. Provide administrative and coordination support for Customer Service, Application Engineering, Service Sales, Regional Sales Managers, and Service Operations. Other Duties

Provide backup for order fulfillment processes in SAP. Assist with 1st‑level product support and troubleshooting as needed. Work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams: Sales, Marketing, Production, Service, and Quality, to ensure commercial success. Accomplish department and organization goals by completing related tasks as assigned. Requirements

Educational and Experience Requirements

High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred. 2–4+ years of experience in customer service, inside sales, service coordination, or related role. Experience in the electrical, medical, or technical service industry preferred. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). CRM (Salesforce) and ERP (SAP) experience preferred. Experience with low‑voltage electrical distribution, medical equipment, or construction industry environments (preferred). Physical & Cognitive Demands

Sitting for extended periods of time, with some walking and standing. Frequent use of a computer. Occasional lifting and moving of 10–45 pounds. Ability to stoop, bend, crouch, reach, or crawl as needed. Must be able to talk, see, hear, write, and use hands/fingers to perform work. Must demonstrate good judgment, decision making, comprehension, and stress management. Ability to understand and follow instructions, complete routine paperwork, and prioritize workload. Work Environment
