Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred). Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven experience in manufacturing or industrial environments. Strong understanding of U.S. labor laws and HR compliance standards.
