Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred). Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven experience in manufacturing or industrial environments. Strong understanding of U.S. labor laws and HR compliance standards. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to work across cultures and time zones. Seniority level
