Junior Ad Agency Account Manager (Hybrid)

Compensation Range: $34 - 35 per hour
Our top pharmaceutical client in the Chicagoland area is looking for an Ad Agency Account Manager to join their team.
Location: Mettawa, Illinois
Job Type: Contract
Hybrid in Lake Forest - 3x onsite per week, 2x remote.
Long‑term assignment with potential to turn into a permanent role.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the brand team in the development of creative briefs.
Be the main point of contact for clients both internal and external.
Recommend key promotional tactics that align with the strategy and goals of the brand.
Issue client contact reports to ensure key information is quickly communicated to all stakeholders.
Review creative development of a project from concept to completion, ensuring specifications, client expectations, budgets, and timelines are met.
Facilitate ongoing, timely, and accurate communications to ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required.
0–2 years of professional experience (internships count!).
Master’s degree or equivalent related project or functional experience is desirable.
Account Management experience.
Experience being the point of contact for clients.
Pharmaceutical industry experience preferred (both U.S. and global).
In‑house ad agency/ad agency experience a plus.
