The Senior Analyst, Ancillary Products Growth leads all reporting and analysis for Safelite's Value Added Products & Services Portfolio. Creating detailed financial and operational reports provides a deep understanding of the business and its key KPIs. The analyst analyzes results to deepen understanding of the business, customers, and opportunities, and identifies and delivers insights to VAPS leadership to drive the VAPs strategy. This role is a key member of the team and will be involved in strategic planning and development to execute and grow the business. The analyst maintains a high level of attention to detail and curiosity to uncover key insights that drive business opportunities. Strong financial and business acumen, combined with technical ability, enables delivery of actionable insights. The role collaborates with cross‑functional teams and has a close connection to the broader CX and Brand analytics teams.
What You Will Do
Independently own VAPS analysis (sales, customers, products, etc.) and deliver insights in a thoughtful and consumable manner to influence VAPS growth strategy across segments and channels.
Track departmental KPIs and create and analyze daily and monthly financial and operational reporting.
Identify trends and opportunities, compile results, and present them to business stakeholders in a timely manner.
Measure the success of VAPS initiatives and provide actionable insights to drive optimization and performance.
Update and maintain product fitment guides, analyze sales and inventory levels to identify trends and make recommendations for optimization.
Become the data SME for ancillary products; explore and document existing data definitions and continually review methodology to improve and enhance the organizational view into and measurement of ancillary products.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Complies with all policies and standards.
What You Will Need
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required
4-6 years relevant experience in data analysis and reporting required
Highly proficient with tools such as: Tableau, SQL, Snowflake
Strong written communication and time management
Demonstrates financial acumen and familiarity with P&L statements and business case development
Comfortable working with assumptions and imperfect data
Ability to maintain effective interpersonal relationships
