Position Highlights: Oversee operations of the Dining Services Department Prepare and serve food to residents within scheduled times Follow menu cycles and manage substitutions as needed Lead culinary staff up to 3 days per week if required Salary range: $68,640 - $75,000, based on experience and qualifications.
