
Strategy and Operations Summer Intern

Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Strategy and Operations Summer Intern, located in Baltimore, MD. The intern will support both day-to-day startup operations and the coordination of an AI bioinformatics validation study, helping manage scheduling, deliverable tracking, documentation, and cross-functional follow-through. Responsibilities include streamlining operational processes, maintaining spreadsheets and structured reporting systems, preparing internal updates and pilot materials, supporting onboarding and recruiting logistics, tracking customer discovery and CRM activity, and assisting with ecosystem outreach.
Projected End Date: August 24, 2026
Minimum Hours of Work Each Week: 40 hours/week
Physical Location of the Work: Baltimore, Maryland
Telework or Remote Work Parameters: Hybrid; one day a week of remote work permitted
Qualifications
College senior, graduate student, or recent graduate in business, operations, public health, information systems, communications, or a related field
Strong written communication and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage operational and administrative tasks professionally
Comfort with spreadsheets, reporting, scheduling, and structured workflow management
Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through reliably in a startup environment
Strong initiative, ownership, and interest in working on fast-moving teams
Support outreach, marketing, and ecosystem engagement efforts, including event coordination, external communications, CRM tracking, partnership follow-up, and preparation of light marketing materials.
