Skilled Commercial Construction Superintendent . We require a highly experienced professional with a strong carpentry background to oversee on-site operations for commercial building projects. This role involves hands-on expertise to guide crews, maintain craftsmanship standards, and ensure project success from start to finish. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all phases of commercial construction, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence. Supervise field crews, subcontractors, and suppliers. Utilize expert carpentry skills to evaluate structural details, framing, finishes, and millwork. Perform hands-on carpentry tasks when necessary to set standards or resolve critical issues. Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications to direct operations. We are looking to start someone as soon as possible.
