The City of Oklahoma City is seeking a leader to manage a department budget of $47,542,601 and a team of 77 represented and non-represented employees within the divisions of Administration, Fleet Management, and Facility Asset Management. The primary responsibilities include overseeing fleet, facilities, and equipment management and maintenance; facility physical security (access control); office maintenance; ensuring City-owned buildings and facilities comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA); maintaining the City’s ADA Transition Plan; and overseeing safety, maintenance, repair, and enhancement of aquatic and recreational facilities.
Base pay range
$147,183.12/yr - $202,348.08/yr
Responsibilities
Oversee fleet management, facilities management, and equipment maintenance
Manage facility physical security (access control) and office maintenance
Ensure City-owned buildings facilities comply with the ADA and maintain the ADA Transition Plan
Oversee safety, maintenance, repair, and enhancement of aquatic and recreational facilities
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Facility Management, or a closely related field
At least five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in municipal public works, facilities management, fleet services and maintenance programs
At least three (3) years in a supervisory or management capacity
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is preferred
