
Senior Asset Manager - Property Management

SUMMARY
Functions as the owner representative and provides general financial oversight for the management of the property. The Asset Manager performs the following duties.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate with accounting monthly Owner financial letter and variance report detailing operational anomalies
Submit to Owner bid package detailing bids and recommendation
Prepare annual operating budgets within required timeframe
Approve expenditures that exceed Regional Manager authority ensuring property operates within Owner approved budget
Gather required documents necessary to assist Owners with partnership and permanent loan closings
Respond to lender and investor questions regarding the monthly or quarterly financial statements
Work with accounting and compliance after partnership close to gather documents for capital requests, designation plan, and proforma
Prepare TDHCA Subaward funding for approval by TDHCA
Work with energy consultants to lock in favorable energy rates
Submits monthly, quarterly and annual reports to lenders, investors and government agencies
Prepares, submits and tracks replacement reserve requests
Consistently provide accurate, timely, and reliable information to internal and external customers
Perform other tasks and projects as directed by any person authorized to give such instructions or assignments
Prepare proforma budgets for new assets
Complete duties as otherwise assigned
