Responsibilities
Launch your services in Walmart stores
As an Independent Optometrist leasing space inside our Walmart stores, lead patient care in eye and vision care as well as general health and wellbeing
As an independent lease holder, establish your days of practice and hours of operation
Control your patient schedule and set your fee schedule
Maintain ownership of 100% of exam/professional fees
Opt into fair market value options such as advanced equipment/instrumentation and administrative and/or opt-tech support services where state allows
Minimum and Preferred Qualifications
Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited optometry school
Valid state optometry license
Ophthalmologist MD or DO from an accredited school
Valid state ophthalmology license
General Liability Certificate/Professional Liability Insurance Certificate
Minimum qualifications for a lease agreement (outlined in the original text)
Additional Information ME/VA license agreements are with Gumberg Asset Management Company
