Peoplesoft Functional Consultant

Position:

PeopleSoft Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Techno-Functional Consultant

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced

PeopleSoft P2P Techno-Functional Consultant

with strong expertise in

PeopleSoft FSCM

and

Procure-to-Pay modules . The ideal candidate will have hands‑on development experience, integration expertise, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Work across full lifecycle:

Analysis, Development, Implementation, Testing, and Support

Design and develop

PeopleSoft P2P solutions

and enhancements

Build and support

integrations with third‑party platforms

(Jaggaer, Coupa, Ariba, etc.)

Develop

file-based, REST, and SOAP integrations

Perform

customizations, Application Engine development, and reporting

Create reports using

BI Publisher, nVision, SQR, and PS Query

Collaborate with business teams to

gather requirements and propose technical solutions

Conduct

root cause analysis (RCA)

and provide optimization/automation recommendations

Lead development efforts, including

code reviews and design reviews

Required Skills & Experience

Strong experience with

PeopleSoft FSCM (P2P modules)

Expertise in

PeopleTools (8.5x):

Application Designer

PeopleCode

Integration Broker

Hands‑on experience with:

Application Engine & Custom Development

Integrations (REST/SOAP & File-based)

Reporting Tools (BI Publisher, nVision, SQR, PS Query)

Experience integrating with

Jaggaer, Coupa, Ariba

(Jaggaer preferred)

Solid understanding of

PeopleSoft Financials

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience with

Jaggaer–PeopleSoft integration

Experience leading projects or acting as a

Technical Lead

Strong stakeholder communication and problem‑solving skills

Techno‑functional expertise

Ability to work directly with business stakeholders

Leadership in design and development reviews
