Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Developer, Salesforce Architect) preferred. Proficient in Salesforce, Apex, and cloud technologies. Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Experience in the banking or financial services industry is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of Salesforce applications using Apex and cloud technologies. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions. Implement best practices for Apex development, ensuring code quality and efficiency. Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and team members. Participate in the testing and deployment of solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. Monitor and optimize Salesforce performance to ensure high availability and responsiveness. Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices to recommend improvements.
