HealthCare Support is seeking a

Director of PBM and Payor Strategy and Contracting

to fill an opening with a Growing Long-Term Care Pharmacy in Louisville, KY!

Daily Responsibilities for Director of PBM and Payor Strategy and Contracting :

Oversee and negotiate national PBM and 3rd Party Payor contracts, including Medicare Part D, Commercial, and Managed Medicaid, ensuring alignment with company objectives Develop and execute payor strategies, manage GER/BER reconciliation, and provide financial oversight, including underwriting and auditing contracts Analyze contracts for compliance, oversee database management, and ensure seamless implementation of new agreements through cross-functional collaboration Provide market insights to leadership, maintain expertise in PBM/payor landscapes, and drive business objectives with strong communication and stakeholder engagement. Monday – Friday, daytime hours Travel: 20%-25%

Required Qualifications for Director of PBM and Payor Strategy and Contracting :

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Life Sciences or a related field 10+ years of related Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) and 3rd party payor contracting experience Strong analytical, communication, management, and relationship skills Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Power BI or SAS
