Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Civil Engineer with environmental expertise who can prepare and/or oversee the production of environmental documents and work closely with Land Development and Transportation professionals. The ideal candidate will have a substantial background in land development and transportation design, management experience, and demonstrated client growth. Key Responsibilities: Environmental Planning & Engineering: Conduct or lead environmental assessments, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure compliance with environmental regulations. Environmental Documents: Prepare and/or oversee the production of Environmental Documents, including, but not limited to, Environmental Impact Statements. Project Management: Lead and manage projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Design: Create detailed engineering designs and plans for infrastructure projects, including roads, bridges, and utilities. Land Development: Oversee land development projects from concept to completion, including site planning, grading, drainage, and utility design. Transportation: Design and manage transportation projects, including traffic analysis, roadway design, and transportation planning. Collaboration: Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver successful project outcomes. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations and standards.
