Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr
SNI Financial is partnering with a recent IPO company that is the leader in their industry. We’re looking for an analyst (Automation / Finance Systems Analyst) who can partner with accounting and finance teams to identify automation opportunities and improve financial accuracy using Microsoft’s Power Platform.
Job Duties
Lead walkthroughs with Accounting stakeholders (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Tax, Reporting) to identify automation and process improvement opportunities
Design, build, and maintain automation solutions using Power Query, Power BI, and Power Automate
Document processes, lead stakeholder meetings, and support UAT and training efforts
Maintain and enhance existing automation tools to ensure long‑term effectiveness
Qualifications
Strong Excel skills with hands‑on experience in Power Query, Power BI, and Power Automate
Comfortable leading meetings, managing stakeholders, and documenting processes
Analytical, detail‑oriented, and adaptable to learning new automation skillsets
Background in accounting or finance is a plus (not required); Workday, SQL, VBA, or Python experience is a plus
High‑visibility role partnering directly with Accounting and Finance leadership
Great mentor and team (laid‑back environment)
Strong growth track (promotions done internally)
2 days in office; young and fun environment
