We are looking for a Senior Account Executive who wants:

What You’ll Do

Build your territory from scratch: define ICPs, refine messaging, test approaches, and create repeatable motion where none exists yet

Own the entire deal lifecycle — from cold outreach to multi-threaded enterprise close.

Drive new business pipeline via traditional and creative cold outreach

Educate the market on a category that is still forming

Navigate ambiguity, push through rejection, and maintain conviction when deals stall or timelines stretch

Experiment with AI to find efficiencies across your work

Partner cross-functionally with product, legal, operations, and leadership to shape how we win.

What We’re Looking For You are someone who:

Has 5–7+ years of full-cycle, quota-carrying experience — must have hunting experience

Has built a pipeline when there was no brand awareness

Has sold six- or seven-figure deals in complex environments

Has worked in a startup (or operated like you were in one)

Has outperformed targets in situations that were not perfectly set up for you

Has tangible examples of projects created using advanced AI tactics

An A-player mindset with a strong bias for action: you raise the bar, move with urgency, stay resilient through ambiguity, and take ownership to deliver meaningful outcomes.

Understands that feedback is a gift that allows for acceleration and growth

More importantly:

You have grit. Your energy and work ethic raises the bar of others

You prefer autonomy and ownership to rigid structure

You don’t wait for perfect messaging — you test, iterate, refine

You are comfortable hearing “no” repeatedly without losing momentum

On-target Earnings OR Base Salary range (San Francisco, CA)

$258,000 - $304,000 USD

At Checkr, we believe a hybrid work environment strengthens collaboration, drives innovation, and encourages connection. Our hub locations are Denver, CO, San Francisco, CA, Nashville, TN, and Santiago, Chile. Individuals are expected to work from the office 3 days a week. In-office perks are provided, such as lunch five times a week, a commuter stipend, and an abundance of snacks and beverages. A relocation stipend may be available for those willing to relocate to a Checkr hub location.
