Job Summary

This role requires strong customer service skills, case handling experience, and the ability to work independently on complex issues. You will manage customer service requests, support SMB customers via chat, and contribute to process and quality improvements. Key Responsibilities

Validate customer entitlement and log service cases accurately. Route or dispatch cases to the correct support teams. Monitor service requests through completion and ensure compliance. Manage multiple customer cases at the same time with minimal supervision. Handle escalated customers and participate in post‑incident reviews. Review customer feedback and service metrics to improve resolution quality. Participate or lead process and quality improvement projects. Mentor or guide junior team members as needed. SMB Chat Support

Gather and assess SMB customers’ hardware, software, and technical needs. Assist customers with placing orders via chat. Identify opportunities for lead generation and future customer needs. Route qualified leads to the appropriate teams. Collaborate with teammates to provide the best customer solutions. Required Skills

High School Diploma or equivalent (some college preferred). 3–5 years of experience in customer service, case management, or support roles. Experience in phone-based or chat-based customer support. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent problem‑solving and time management skills. Accurate data entry and strong computer skills. Familiarity with case logging, call routing, and internal support tools. Ability to train and mentor new team members. Comfortable handling customer escalations. Compensation & Schedule

Pay rate: $12–$16 per hour. Shift: Boise, Idaho 83714 (Hybrid). United States – Mon – Fri (8 AM – 5 PM), Onsite Days (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday). Weekly paycheck.
