What You'll Expect
As the Digital Marketing & Guest Experience Associate, you’ll be responsible for supporting the online presence and guest engagement strategies across all Granite State Gaming & Hospitality (GSGH) properties. This hybrid role combines digital marketing execution with on‑site guest service responsibilities, ensuring a seamless brand experience both online and in‑person.
What You'll Do
Manage social media and create engaging content
Monitor reviews and track digital performance
Support marketing campaigns and events
Ensure consistent branding across all digital platforms
Coordinate promotions across properties
Greet guests, build relationships, and enhance their experience
Assist with guest inquiries and on‑site activations

Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Customer‑focused mindset with a passion for hospitality
Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing basics

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field (or equivalent experience)
Familiarity with Google Analytics and social platforms
Must be 21+ and eligible to obtain a gaming license
Availability for flexible hours
