About This Position
GEICO seeks an experienced Auto Damage Adjuster for the Fairfax/Leesburg, VA location. Minimum 12 months of auto damage experience, with a track record of delivering excellent customer service while promptly and accurately settling claims. The role involves handling complex claims using technical and industry knowledge.
Salary $36.63 to $45.65 per hour ($73,800 to $92,000 per year).
Qualifications & Skills
Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain applicable state and federal certifications and permits.
Willingness to be flexible with primary work location (remote/field/in-office).
Solid computer, mechanical aptitude, and multi‑tasking skills.
Effective attention to detail and decision‑making skills.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
