Established and growing Property Management firm in Oakland is seeking an experienced
Property Accountant
to join their team. This is hybrid role 3 days onsite in Oakland, CA and 2 days remote. Temp to possible hire position. $42.00 - $45.00/hr
Qualified Candidates will have the following:
Degree in Accounting or similar with 5+ years of Property Accounting (residential preferred)
Should have hands on AR/AP, bank recs, journal entries, G/L, reconciliations, monthly close
Intermediate Excel needed with recent experience in
Yardi highly desired !
This is a HYBRID role 3 days onsite/ 2 remote/ in Oakland, near BART, and a temp to possible hire role
$42.00 - $45.00/hr DOE
