Axon is a public‑safety technology company that helps protect life, preserve truth and accelerate justice. The Sales Development Program (SDP) is a highly selective two‑year rotational experience designed to identify the next generation of sales leaders. Program Overview
The SDP places high‑potential individuals in sales roles across the company including Domestic, International, Federal and Enterprise teams. Candidates complete 3 to 5 rotations, partner with senior sales leadership on high‑impact initiatives, and gain exposure to a broad range of sales functions. Program Experience
3‑5 rotations over 2 years that can be customized with your skills, interests and career goals. Direct partnership with senior sales leadership on revenue‑generating initiatives. Exposure to Emerging Products, New Markets, Inside Sales, International Strategy, Federal, Enterprise, Strategic Initiatives, Customer Operations, Sales Strategy, Revenue Intelligence and Roadshow. Mentorship from a broad network of alumni. Leadership and career development programming. Qualifications
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or graduate degree, expected to graduate by June 2026. Demonstrated sales and leadership experience. Passion for problem solving. Enthusiasm for Axon’s mission and core values. Application Details
Start date: August 2026. Location: Boston, MA; rotations may include other offices such as Seattle, Washington DC, London, Ho Chi Minh City and Sydney. Hybrid schedule: in‑office Tuesdays‑Fridays; remote on Mondays unless approved for accommodation. Domestic and/or international travel required. No immigration sponsorship offered. Compensation & Benefits
